New Time, New Era

I have always suffered from setbacks. I never made excuses for these setbacks because one who does the deed must pay the consequence. This has been the uber-lesson I have learned from a lost young adulthood.

BUT


I am not focusing on that from here on end. My mission is to move in a postive direction. I will speak about poetry, teaching, my quasi counseling of young gangmembers, and stressing success for those who feel it's too far out of reach.

I was born again today as a new writer with a concentration on positive youth development. I will not write about my ills or what has made me. I will not write about my past as I have put it in a box and gladly thrown away the key. Speaking about and writing about will no longer be an option for me. It's time to move one
